Refund Policy

Refund policy will be voided if:

  • A discounted package has been selected.
  • The primary design concept has received approval.
  • You have requested revisions.
  • Urgent design projects are not eligible for refunds.
  • The cancellation occurred due to reasons unrelated to the company.
  • The client has been unresponsive or out of contact for more than 2 weeks during the project.
  • Company policies have been violated.
  • Another company or designer has been engaged for the same project.
  • The creative brief lacks necessary information.
  • A complete redesign has been requested
  • Refund requests made after the specified time frame will not be accepted
  • No refunds will be issued if the business is closing or undergoing a name change.
  • Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as a change of mind, partner disagreements, personal circumstances, or any other non-service-related issues.
  • A 12% processing fee will apply to all client-initiated refund requests.
  • Once the final files have been delivered as per your request, refunds cannot be claimed or processed
  • Refunds and revisions are not applicable to any items provided free of charge.
  • Services such as Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable under any circumstances
  • For website projects, refunds will not be entertained once the client approves the design and the website moves into the development phase
  • For logo designs, refunds will not be granted once the client provides positive feedback on revisions and the design is finalized.
  • Refunds are not applicable to work that has been outsourced to third parties.

Amazon Refund Policy:

  • Client can apply for refund if supplier couldn’t able to deliver the service. Client should have submitted all the necessary prerequisites on time.
  • We are not responsible for any refund incase of incomplete requirement like (business details, personal information, store details and essential necessary documents) after the contract has been activated and work started.
  • Service Provider is not responsible for any mishap occurs due to Client’s bad history of business on amazon, leading to Account Suspension.
  • If applicable, refund requests will be processed within 30 working days of submission.
